At Karol G Official Store, we want you to love your Bichota style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels are included to prevent processing delays.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
